Legal basis
The legal basis for the implementation of this statistical survey is the Law on Official Statistics and the system of official statistics ("Off. Gazette of Montenegro", no. 18/12) and Regulation (EC) 716/2007.
METHODOLOGICAL BASES
Purpose of survey
Foreign affiliate’s statistics (Inward FATS - IFATS) describes the activities of business entities that are controlled by business entities based outside of Montenegro while foreign affiliate’s statistics (Outward FATS - OFATS) describes the activities of business entities abroad that are controlled by business entities based in Montenegro.
Coverage of survey
Cover all sectors of activity classification KD2010 from B - N, which is in accordance with NACE Rev. 2, except Sector K (Financial and insurance activities).
Data sources
The data sources are business entities.
