Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies February 2017

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in February 2017 compared to February 2016, decreased by 2.3%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 6.5%.
The content of fat in February 2017 compared to February 2016 decreased by 1.9%, while the protein is increased by 0.3%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat increased by 4.5% and protein increased by 3.4%.
In February 2017 compared to the same period in 2016 recorded an increase fermented dairy products by 12%, and reduced production of drinking milk by 31.8%, buter cream 2.2%, traditional cream 16.7% and production of cheese by 9.1%.

In February 2017 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (0.7%), cream (21%), fermented products (by 13.2%), cream (traditional cream 14.2%) and cheese (7.1%).
