At the sector level the average earnings without taxes and contributions (net) in May 2017 compared to April 2017 increased in the following sectors: Accommodation and food service activities (3.9%), Administrative and support service activities (3.0%), Water supply, sewerage, waste management and remedation activities (2.4%), Profesional, scientific and tehnical activities (2.3%), Human health and social work activities (2.2%), Public administration and defence, compulsory social security (2.0%), Mining and quarrying (1.0%), Other service activities (0.9%), while there was a decrease in the following sectors: Manufacturing (5.0%), Information and communication (4.7%), Electrity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (3.6%), Real estate activities (3.6%), Construction (2.7%), Agriculture, forestry and fishing (2.4%), Transportation and storage (1.5%), Arts, entertainment and recreation (1.2%), Financial and insurance activities (0.4%), Education (0.4%) .
