Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies October 2017

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in October 2017 compared to October 2016, increased by 8.4%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 4.8%.
The content of fat in October 2017 compared to October 2016 increased by 2.4%, while the protein is increased by 1.7%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 4.2% and protein is increased by 1.8%.
In October 2017 compared to the same period in 2016 recorded an increase cream by 4.5%, fermented dairy products by 21.6%, traditional cream by 3.9% and production of cheese by 1.9%. Decreased was in production of drinking milk by 0.6%.

In October 2017 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk by 7.5% and cream by 6.2%, but decreased was in production fermented dairy products (by 2.4%), cream (traditional cream by 3.5%) and cheese (by 3.7%).
