Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies November 2017

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in November 2017 compared to November 2016, increased by 11.9%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 1.8%.

The content of fat in November 2017 compared to November 2016 increased by 1.9%, while the protein is increased by 2.4%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 1.6% and protein is the same.
 
In November 2017 compared to the same period in 2016 recorded an increase production of drinking milk by 3.7%, fermented dairy products by 19.1% and production of cheese by 10.9%. Decreased was in cream by 3.4% and traditional cream by 14.2%.
 
In November 2017 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk by 12.7% but decreased was in production of cream by 3.2%, fermented dairy products (by 14.6%), cream (traditional cream by 4.8%) and cheese (by 4.7%).
 
The total quantity of purchased cow's milk for the period from January to November 2017 is 23 774 949 kg, compared to the same period in 2016 is increased by of 4.9%.
