Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies December 2017

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in December 2017 compared to December 2016, increased by 12%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 0.5%.
 
The content of fat in December 2017 compared to December 2016 increased by 1.7%, while the protein is increased by 3.5%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 1.4% and protein is increased by 2%.
 
In December 2017 compared to the same period in 2016 recorded an increase production of cream by 19.2%, fermented dairy products by 15.6% and traditional cream by 29.3%. Quantity of cheese is the same as a last year. Decreased was in drinking milk by 3.7%.
 

In December 2017 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of cream (by 3.4%) and cheese (by 0.8%). Decreased was of drinking milk (by 8.4%), fermented dairy products (by 1.5%), tradicional cream is the same as a last month. Total quantity of cow's milk purchased in 2017 amounted to 25 998 093 kg and there was an increase of 5.5% compared to 2016.
