The average earnings (gross) in Montenegro in February 2018 are 766 Euro, while the average earnings without taxes and contributions (net) are 511 Euro. The average earnings without taxes and contributions (net) in February 2018 comparing to January 2018 and the average earnings without taxes and contributions (net) in February 2018 comparing to February 2017 stayed on the same level. Having in mind that consumer prices in February 2018 comparing to January 2018 increased 0.3%, the results is that real earnings without taxes and contributions (net) in the same period decreased 0.3%.

 

At the sector level the average earnings without taxes and contributions (net) in February 2018 compared to January 2018 increased in the following sectors: Profesional, scientific and tehnical activities (4.0%), Arts, entertainment and recreation (3.8%), Mining and quarrying (3.7%), Accommodation and food service activities (3.1%), Information and communication (2.8%), Education (1.9%), Public administration and defence, compulsory social security (1.7%), Transportation and storage (0.8%), Wholesale and retail trade (0.3%), Water supply, sewerage, waste management and remediation activities (0.2%), Manufacturing (0.2%), Financial and insurance activities (0.1%), while there were a decrease in the following sectors:
