Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies February 2018

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in February 2018 compared to February 2017, increased by 9.6%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 5.2%.
The content of fat in February 2018 compared to February 2017 increased by 0.2%, while the protein is the same. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 2.6% and protein increased by 0.3%.
In February 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 recorded an increase production of drinking milk by 10.2%, fermented dairy products by 9.6%, traditional cream by 47.5% and production of cheese by 5.5%, while cream was decreased by 7.8%.

In February 2018 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (by 10.3%), fermented dairy products (by 1.9%) and cream (traditional cream by 34%), but decreased was in production of cream (by 5.9%) and cheese (by 0.9%).
