Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies April 2018

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in April 2018 compared to April 2017, increased by 15%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 3.3%.
The content of milk fat in April 2018 compared to April 2017 decreased by 0.9%, while the protein is the same. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 1.9% and protein is the same.
In April 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 recorded an increase production of cream by 18%, fermented dairy products by 27.4%, traditional cream by 33.7% and production of cheese by 10.3%, while drinking milk was decreased by 6%.
In April 2018 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of fermented dairy products (by 13%), cream (traditional cream by 1.7%) and cheese (by 9.3%), but decreased was in drinking milk (by 14.3%) and production of cream (by 9.6%).

In the period from January to April 2018, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 8 905 212 kg and there was an increase of 14.2% compared to the same period in 2017.
