Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies October 2018

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in October 2018 compared to October 2017, increased by 4,1%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 1.4%.
 
The content of milk fat in October 2018 compared to October 2017 increased by 5%, while the protein increased by 2.6%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 1.9% and protein decreased by 1.7%.
 
In October 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 recorded an increase production of cream (by 14.4%), fermented dairy products (by 10.6%), cream (traditional cream by 32.1%) and cheese (by 20.9%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 6.4%).
 
In October 2018 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (by 6.6%), cream (by 7.1%) and cream (traditional cream by 3.8%), but decreased was in production of fermented dairy products (by 1%) and production of cheese (by 5.4%).
 

In the period from January to October 2018, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 23 976 541kg and there was an increase of 11.3% compared to the same period in 2017.
