Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies November 2018

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in November 2018 compared to November 2017, decreased by 2.1%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 7.7%.
 
The content of milk fat in November 2018 compared to November 2017 increased by 2.4%, while the protein increased by 1.7%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 4% and protein decreased by 1%.
 
In November 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 recorded an increase production of cream (by 14.6%), fermented dairy products (by 16.1%), cream (traditional cream by 22.6%) and cheese (by 13.9%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 15.3%).
 
In November 2018 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (by 2%), but decreased was in production of cream (by 3.1%), fermented dairy products (by 10.3%), cream (traditional cream by 11.7%) and production of cheese (by 10.3%).
 

In the period from January to November 2018, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 26 163 436 kg and there was an increase of 10% compared to the same period in 2017.
