Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies December 2018

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in December 2018 compared to December 2017, decreased by 3.5%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 1.9%.
 
The content of milk fat in December 2018 compared to December 2017 increased by 4%, while the protein increased by 0.1%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 3% and protein increased by 0.5%.
 
In December 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 recorded an increase production of cream (by 7.6%), fermented dairy products (by 18%), cream (traditional cream by 39%) and cheese (by 4.9%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 3.6%).
 
In December 2018 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (by 4.3%), fermented dairy products (by 0,1%) and cream (traditional cream by 13,3%), but decreased was in production of cream (by 2.9%) and production of cheese (by 7.2%).
 

In the period from January to December 2018, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 28 309 602 kg and there was an increase of 8.9% compared to the same period in 2017.
