Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies February 2019

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in February 2019 compared to February 2018, decreased by 3.1%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 4%.
 
The content of milk fat in February 2019 compared to February 2018 decreased by 0.7%, while the protein decreased by 2.8%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 3.1% and protein decreased by 1.2%.
 
In February 2019 compared to the same period in 2018 recorded an increase cream (by 15.7%), fermented dairy products (by 14.1%), cream (traditional cream by 36.3%) and cheese (by 29.2%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 5.1%).
 

In February 2019 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (by 2.4%), cream (by 5.9%), fermented dairy products (by 12.9%) and production of cheese (by 11.1%), but decreased was in production of cream (traditional cream by 2.6%).
