Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies March 2019

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in March 2019 compared to March 2018, decreased by 3.8%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 11%.
The content of milk fat in March 2019 compared to March 2018 decreased by 3.5%, while the protein decreased by 4.9%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 2.6% and protein decreased by 2.7%.
In March 2019 compared to the same period in 2018 recorded an increase fermented dairy products (by 11.8%), cream (traditional cream by 65.6%) and cheese (by 32.5%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 1.8%) and cream (by 0.6%).
In March 2019 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (by 4.5%), cream (by 14.3%), fermented dairy products (by 6.6%), cream (traditional cream by 16.2%) and production of cheese (by 10.1%).

In the period from January to March 2019, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 6 286 573 kg and there was an decrease of 3.7% compared to the same period in 2018.
