Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies October 2019

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in October 2019 compared to October 2018, increased by 0.8%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 2.9%.
 
The content of milk fat in October 2019 compared to October 2018 decreased by 2%, while the protein is decreased by 1.5%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 5.5% and protein increased by 2.7%.
 
In October 2019 compared to the same period in 2018 recorded an increase production of cream (by 12.3%), cream (traditional cream by 49.7%) and cheese (by 12.4%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 2.2%) and fermented dairy products (by 6%).
 
In October 2019 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of cream (by 6.8%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 1%), fermented dairy products (by 8.7%), cream (traditional cream by 7.7%) and production of cheese (by 9.9%).
 

In the period from January to October 2019, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 23 565 534 kg and there was an decrease of 1.7% compared to the same period in 2018.
