THE LAW ON OFFICIAL STATISTICS AND OFFICIAL STATISTICAL SYSTEM
The Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System regulates organization and affairs of the official statistical system, collection, processing, and keeping statistical data, as well as other issues important for the official statistics.

Consolidated text to the Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System comprises the regulations, as it follows:
- Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System (Official Gazette of Montenegro No 018/12 of 30 March 2012);
- Law on Amendments to the Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System (Official Gazette of Montenegro No 047/19 of 12 August 2019);
- Law on Amendments to the Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System (Official Gazette of Montenegro No 023/25 od 11 March 2025).
