Legal acts and other agreements: | The Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System (Official Gazette of Montenegro No 18/12) determines provisions for collection, processing, and dissemination of data. The Law provides for Statistical Office clear and broad legal powers to collect and access data necessary for the implementation of Programme of Statistical Surveys and Annual Plan. The Law provides a priority to the administrative data usage and also right of access to individual data which represent a result of survey done by other official statistical producers. As an annex to the legal provisions, Statistical Office has signed several cooperation agreements with administrative data providers. |
