Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies July 2019

 

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in July 2019
compared to July 2018, decreased by 1.5%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk
increased by 3.8%.
The content of milk fat in July 2019 compared to July 2018 decreased by 2.9%, while the protein is
decreased by 4.9%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 0.3% and
protein decreased by 2%.
In July 2019 compared to the same period in 2018 recorded an increase production of cream (by 12%),
fermented dairy products (by 18.9%), cream (traditional cream by 93.4%) and cheese (by 61.9%), but
decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 1.1%).
In July 2019 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of cream (by 29.1%), fermented
dairy products (by 18%) and production of cheese (by 15.7%), but decreased was in production of
drinking milk (by 6.6%) and cream (traditional cream by 0.3%).
In the period from January to July 2019, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 16 096 828 kg
and there was an decrease of 3.4% compared to the same period in 2018.
