Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies November 2019

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in November 2019 compared to November 2018, decreased by 0.4%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 8.8%.
 
The content of milk fat in November 2019 compared to November 2018 increased by 4.5%, while the protein is increased by 0.9%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 2.4% and protein increased by 1.4%.
 
In November 2019 compared to the same period in 2018 recorded an increase production of cream (by 4.2%), cream (traditional cream by 46.9%) and cheese (by 16.3%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 5.4%) and fermented dairy products (by 4.8%).
 
In November 2019 compared with the previous month, decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 1.4%), cream (by 10.1%), fermented dairy products (by 9.1%), cream (traditional cream by 13.3%) and production of cheese (by 12.6%).
 

In the period from January to November 2019, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 25 743 363 kg and there was an decrease of 1.6% compared to the same period in 2018.
