Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies October 2020

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in October 2020 compared to October 2019, increased by 2.8%. Compared with the previous month, purchased cow's milk decreased by 0.9%.
The content of milk fat in October 2020 compared to October 2019 increased by 0.2%, while the protein content increased by 1.2%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat increased by 1.1%, while the protein increased by 1.5%.
In October 2020 compared to the same period in 2019, increase was recorded in production of drinking milk (by 8.3%) and fermented dairy products (by 28.6%), while decreased production of cream (by 20.1%), cream (traditional cream by 5.7%) and cheese (by 6.3%).
In October 2020 compared with the previous month, increase was recorded in production of of drinking milk (by 9.6%) and cream (traditional cream by 4.1%), while decreased production cream (by 13.1%), fermented dairy products (by 10%) and cheese (by 6.2%).
In the period from January to October 2020, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 24 354 944 kg and there was an increase of 3.3% compared to the same period in 2019.
