The total value of finalised construction works in Montenegro in 2022 amounted to EUR 775 million, which is 2.1% less than in 2021. Value of finalised construction works on buildings amounted to EUR 369 million, while on other buildings it amounted to EUR 406 million. In 2022 are completed 4 053 dwellings with a useful floor area of 281 thous. m².
