The total value of finalised construction works and consumption of construction materials realized by business companies in Montenegro in 2023 amounted to EUR 654 million, which is 7.2% less than in 2022. Value of finalised construction works on buildings amounted to EUR 270 million, while on other buildings it amounted to EUR 385 million.

In 2023 are completed 1 557 dwellings with a useful floor area of 88 thous. m².
