Value of purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry and fishery products by business entities and agricultural cooperatives with two employees and over, was 15.9 million EUR in the third quarter of 2024, out of which, value of sale from the own production of business entities was 7.0 million EUR or 44.0%, while value of purchase from individual agricultural producers was 8.9 million EUR or 56.0%.
Value of purchase and selling of agricultural, forestry and fishery products by business entities and agricultural cooperatives with two employees and over, in the third quarter of 2024 compared with the same quarter of 2023, records an increase of 5.0%. Value of sale from the own production of business entities increased by 7.7% and value of purchase of agriculture products from individual producers increased by 3.0%.
In the structure of value of purchase and selling of agricultural, forestry and fishery products in the third quarter of 2024, there is a share of: fresh vegetables 21.6%; raw cow milk 17.6%; hen’s eggs 17.5%; other products 11.7%; livestock by types and categories 9.6%; grapes 8.2%; fresh fish 6.6%; fresh fruit have a share of 5.9%; processed fruit and grapes 0.8%, and industrial crops 0.5%.
