Value of purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products by business entities, and agricultural cooperatives with two employees and over was 8.9 million EUR in the first quarter of 2025, out of which, value of sale from the own production of business entities was 3.6 million EUR or 40.9%, while value of purchase from individual agricultural producers was 5.3 million EUR or 59.1%.
Value of purchase and selling of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products by business entities and cooperatives with two employees and over, in the first quarter of 2025 compared with the same quarter of 2024, records a decrease of 2.8%. Value of sale from the own production of business entities decreased by 1.1% and value of purchase of agriculture products from individual producers decreased by 4.0%.
In the structure of value of purchase and selling of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products in the first quarter of 2024, there is a share of: raw cow milk 27.9%; hen's eggs 22.1%; other products 15.4%; fresh vegetables 14.5%; livestock by types and categories 10.5%; fresh fish 6.8%; fruit 1.7%; industrial crops 0.6% and processed fruit and grapes 0.4%.
