The total value of finalised construction works and consumption of construction materials realized by business companies in Montenegro in 2024 amounted to EUR 672 million, which is 2.7% more than in 2023. The value of finalised construction works on buildings amounted to EUR 345 million, while on other buildings it amounted to EUR 327 million. 

In 2024, there were completed 1 676 dwellings with a useful floor area of 98 thousand m².
