The total value of finalised construction works and consumption of construction materials realized by business companies in Montenegro in 2025 amounted to EUR 704 million, which is 4.8% more than in 2024. The value of finalised construction works on buildings amounted to EUR 338 million, while on other buildings it amounted to EUR 365 million.

In 2025, 2,205 dwellings with a useful floor area of 158 thousand m² are completed.
