According to data from the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property and local self-government units, Montenegro issued 257 building permits in the second quarter of 2026. Of the total building permits issued, 164 were issued to individuals, while 93 were issued to legal entities. During the reference period, the building permits issued provided for the construction of 784 dwellings, with a total floor area of 57 569 m².
