Total final consumption of oil products in Montenegro in 2025 was 488.5 thousand tons, of which was consumed in transport sector 379.5 thousand tons, in industry 60.4 thousand tons, in other sectors was consumed 13.7 thousand tons and non-energy consumption of oil products was 34.9 thousand tons.

In total consumption of oil products in 2025 the ratio of transport was 77.7%, industry 12.4%, ratio of other sectors was 2.8% and non-energy consumption was 7.1%. Total import of oil products in Montenegro in 2025 was 539.8 thousand tons.
