Primary production of coal in Montenegro in 2025 was 732.9 thousand tonnes of lignite.
Total final consumption of coal in 2025 was 16.6 thousand tonnes, 7.6 thousand tonnes consumed in industry, while 9.0 thousand tonnes consumed in other sectors. For electricity production, as transformation input was used 534.3 thousand tonnes of lignite.
