In Montenegro in August 2026, in collective accommodation1 (hotels, vacation facilities, boarding houses, motels, tourist resorts, hostels etc.), tourists realised 264 475 arrivals and 1 125 805 overnight stays.

Overnight stays of foreign tourists represent 91.4% while the domestic tourists represent 8.6% of all overnight stays in collective accommodation.

Concerning the structure of overnight stays by types of resorts in August 2026 the most of them were recorded in seaside resorts (92.1%), capital (3.6%), mountain resorts (2.8%) and other resorts (1.5%).
