This release contains the data received through the Labour Force Survey conducted in the second quarter 2026. The interviewing was done in 1 917 households on the territory of Montenegro. There were collected data about demographic characteristics for all members of the households (4 840 persons were surveyed), and, in addition, also data about economic activity for persons aged 15 to 89 (4 084 persons).

Through this release, the Statistical Office publishes revised quarterly and annual data from the Labour Force Survey for the period from the first quarter of 2021 to the fourth quarter of 2025.

Prices of goods and services for personal consumption, measured by consumer price index, in August 2026, as compared to July 2026, increased by 1.2% on average. Consumer prices in August 2026, as compared to August 2025, increased by 4.5% on average.
