Production of forest assortments from state forests in Montenegro in the second quarter of 2026, compared to the same quarter of previous year records increase 27.5%.

The total quantity of cow’s milk purchased by dairies operating in Montenegro in the second quarter of 2026 amounted to 8 145 525 kg, representing an increase of 5.8% compared to the same quarter of 2025.

Value of purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products by business entities, and agricultural cooperatives with two employees and over was 14.1 million EUR in the second quarter of 2026, out of which, value of sale from the own production of business entities was 6.4 million EUR or 45.1%, while value of purchase from individual agricultural producers was 7.7 million EUR or 54.9%.

According to the methodology of the survey ‘Prices of dwellings in new residential buildings’, the calculation of the average price per square meter of dwellings in new residential buildings takes only dwellings that were sold on the market for the first time, or for which a purchase contract was concluded for the first time. The subject of this survey is neither the existing (old) dwellings nor other types of real estate: business facilities, land, and others. The survey does not reflect supply and demand of new dwellings on the market, but prices calculated on the basis of concluded sales contracts.

The value of finalised construction works in the second quarter of 2026 is higher for 6.3% compared with the second quarter of 2025, while it is 6.5% higher compared with the first quarter of 2026.
