Prices of dwellings in a new residential buildings II quarter of 2021

The average price of dwellings in a new residential building in Montenegro in II quarter of 2021 was 1 233 EUR and increased by 1.1% compared with the I quarter of 2021, while it 23.3% increased compared with the II quarter of 2020.
The average prices of dwellings in a new residential buildings significantly depend on the involvement of solidarity housing development dwellings. If the share of these dwellings increased, the average price of dwellings in a new residential buildings will be significantly lower, or if this share decreased, the average price will be higher.
The average price of dwellings in a new residential building in Podgorica in II quarter of 2021 was 1 234 EUR, in coastal region was 1 298 EUR, in central region 660 EUR, while the average price of dwellings in a new residential building in northern region was 958 EUR.
In the release is shown the average price per the square meter of dwelling in a new residential building according to the following categories: enterprises (average market price) and solidarity housing development. The average market price of dwellings in a new residential building in Montenegro in category enterprises in II quarter of 2021 was 1 242 EUR, while in category solidarity housing development was 735 EUR.
