At the request of the statistical institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Statistical Office of Montenegro (MONSTAT) will host a study visit of representatives of three statistical institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will take place from 3 to 5 March 2026 in Podgorica.
The visit is organized with the aim of exchanging experiences related to the preparation and implementation of the Agricultural Census, given that Bosnia and Herzegovina is currently carrying out final activities concerning the development of the census framework, methodology, questionnaires, CAPI solution, GIS integration, as well as the related information technology and organizational aspects of the census.
During the study visit, the Statistical Office will present its experience in planning and conducting the Agricultural Census, including methodological solutions, organization of fieldwork, application of modern technologies in data collection, as well as communication activities and dissemination of results.
By organizing this activity at the initiative of partner institutions from Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Statistical Office reaffirms its commitment to strengthening regional cooperation and exchanging good practices in the field of official statistics, as well as its role as a reliable and credible partner in conducting complex statistical surveys.
